Becoming an Entrepreneur
The first 20 years of my career, I worked for Fortune 500 companies. I followed the path society mapped out; climbing the corporate ladder, checking all the boxes, and achieving what most would consider “success.” But somewhere along the way, I realized something didn't feel right.
Despite the titles, promotions, and steady paycheck, I felt unfulfilled. My days were consumed by someone else’s vision, someone else’s goals, and ultimately, someone else deciding my worth. No matter how hard I worked, the ceiling above me was never truly mine to break.
That realization hit me like a ton of bricks! I was building someone else’s dream while neglecting my own. I knew it was time for a change!
I decided to take control of my future, my finances, and my impact. I stepped away from the predictable path and chose to build a life and business on my terms. A future where I determined my value, created opportunities, and made an impact in the lives of others.
Was it scary? Absolutely!!!
But the thought of living even one more year without purpose or freedom was far scarier.
Today I help others realize that they, too, can take control. Your worth isn’t determined by someone else’s approval or paycheck. It’s defined by the impact you create, the freedom you embrace, and the life you design for yourself. I am living proof that it is all possible!

I stepped out of my comfort zone, said good bye to having a J-O-B, and left my roots in Southern California and made the move to the energetic New York City!

Encountered the ‘Perfect Storm’ and almost lost it ALL! It was the fight of my life to stay afloat; mentally, physically & financially.
Went all in on my dream of launching a talent management agency; IDentity Brand. This period was a wild ride as an entrepreneur!
Hungry for knowledge, I went back to school and pivoted my business into a digital business model that would continue to evolve...
I added a library of digital offerings to my business to create passive revenue.
Hired my first business coach who stretched me out of my comfort zone. I was clearly able to see the future of my business and developed a scalable growth strategy.
The world events created a demand for digital businesses. While NYC was locked down, I had my head down building the next level of my business; little did I know what was waiting around the corner...
My business exploded, experiencing a 600% growth spurt, due to the demands of the prior year and I began to be featured in major media publications.
Authored my first book and launched a podcast. Both share all things entrepreneurship; the failures,
the successes, and the solutions.
